Yes! The summons they sent me lists the website and a phone number, and when the website was confusing I tried the phone number ... just to get to a "see the website!" voicemail. The summons also says to check after 5:30 pm, by which time a) there's nobody at the courthouse anymore, so there's no way to talk to a human and b) most of the libraries in my town are closed or nearly closed. (I think that you'd have to take a bus to campus to find a computer with free internet.) *facepalm*
