Me: "what? monkey? train station? where? who? huh?" Turns out the answer is wild monkey, Tokyo train station, thirty policemen. Right.

ETA: Okay, wait, maybe this is the best headline ever: "Britain's spy service seeking to hire gays." I particularly like the use of gay as a noun.

I like them both. That 'gays' headline immediately makes one think, 'But what are they hiring them FOR?' - or maybe I've just read too many sex-club-undercover Due South stories.

There is NO SUCH THING as too many sex-club-undercover Due South stories. There are, in fact, too few! And waaaaay too few gay-sex-planet-undercover SGA stories.

I mean, just imagine the undercover gay planet hijinks! The hilarious gay-planet clothes and Teyla doing the boys' hair to be appropriately gay-planety! (Except John's. "Yours is fine," Teyla says. "Hey!" says John, after a minute to think about this.) And she helps them pick out their clothes, too, of course, because she knows way more about interplanetary trade networks and customs. (Except Ronon's. "Yours are fine," Teyla says. "I know," says Ronon, smugly. "Wait, hey!" says John, after a minute to think about this.)

Also, there would be gay-planet cake, and Rodney would be in heaven. It would be great.

This fills me with so much joy. Especially Ronon's clothes being fine for the gay planet. And then Rodney and John would be forced to hide from the police in a flophouse! And simulate sex! Except they would both be inappropriately excited and get way too into it! OMG, I kind of want to write this right now.
