I don't know whose brilliant idea it was to use voice-recognition for RANDOM STRINGS OF LETTERS, but I want to hit that person with sticks. No, I'm not strong enough. I want Teyla to hit that person with sticks.
I mean, I can sort of see it for trying to figure out what department to route you to, or whatever, but for recognizing random character strings... ahhhh.
