Yeah, I realized, too, as I was writing this post. I was thinking about "things I loved," and I nearly put their clear affection for Sophie on the list, and then I went "wait, what? why was it framed as Nate-runs-the-cons, Sophie-acts as mom?" Especially given that Sophie runs her own damn cons! And that, even in this episode, she talked about what parts of the cons with whatshisname were her ideas!

I am also not, I must say, tremendously pleased by rewriting Sophie's daring single-handed grifting into I-worked-with-a-partner, most-of-it-was-his-idea.
