I just got word from the Info Centre, who sent my initial complaint to the Director of Undergraduate Education for the Biology department. I mentioned both names of the 'researchers', so I assume this is the correct person. I'll await hir response before elaborating on my complaint, in which I would like to link to here, if you don't mind.
