I'll also link to the post in general, but your correspondence with them is very interesting, as is shaggirl's, because you warned them not to, and they still did. This is behaviour no university will condone. Also, the comments to this post are very interesting.

Have you seen, btw, that they now claim in the FAQ to never having received requests for removal of data? Someone's lying...
