Yeah, exactly! Tenants are caught in this awful bind, especially tenants who can't afford to move, or pay for exterminators, or etc.
And that sounds awful -- I really hate bugs crawling on me. And I also hate that feeling that I must be a total slob because I can't get rid of them, even though as you say nothing you do is good enough. Ughughugh. I'm glad you were able to move out of that apartment!
