I was thinking the same thing - that it might be confined to certain servers. If so, the servers affected could be narrowed down by account type - LJ tends to throw unpaid accounts on one set of servers (all named), paid accounts on another (also named), etc. In fact, there's a list of their names out there somewhere (but like most things I search Google for, I can't find it).
