I think my flavor of choice in the music vidding fandom universe tends towards the "anime music videos" but that probably has a lot to do with the fact that I have seen almost no songvids to any live action shows. Only AMVs. But I do have my own collection of those started, and from the descriptions you gave, this sounds like it could also be right up my alley. (So to speak. I can't use that phrase anymore. *sigh*)
I want to learn how to make these things. I suspect my uberpowerful G4 PowerBook laptop has the capability, her pilot just doesn't know what the heck she's doing. Emily's super-hot CPU of Love: Drivers Wanted. ;)
