Also: "[Bass] is in a "very stable" relationship with model-actor-Amazing Race winner Reichen Lehmkuhl, 32, and is developing an Odd Couple-inspired sitcom pilot with Fatone in which his character will be gay."

butbutbut Reichen is supposed to be with Chip! They were so wonderful together on the Amazing Race and they'd had a committment ceremony and everything!!!

I wonder why there was the lack of surprise, if it was just that boy bands seemed like obvious havens for gay men, but then I looked at the picture of the band from 1997, and saw that Lance Bass looked even MORE GAY than Justin Timberlake. I'm still waiting for him to come out of the closet. I mean, Frattys listen to his songs way loud in Corvallis, and we know that Frats are big hang outs for the queer boys.

i have trouble thinking of frats as havens for the queer boys, unless we're talking "two beer queers."

(terminologywise, i'm thinking: repressed homosexuals, maybe. gays, probably not. queers, fur SHUR not.)

Ah, duly noted. I will correct my earlier comment, and replace "queer boys" with repressed homosexuals. Thanks for the clarification.
