OMG The Coming of Shadows you guys. I forget how it feels to watch this episode. It feels like more than forty minutes because the whole thing is so full of stomach-knotting plot and emotional roller coaster.

... I mean! When he! And then when, in the hall, with the wall, and omg the acting, and Quadrant 14, and and "hello old friend" intercut with the mess that is the whole episode, and clutching the book, and ...

Seriously, graycastle, this is the first moment when you're going to go "..." and "..." and realize that omg, the first season was so worth it. Because. OMG. I mean, there's Chrysalis and there's Babylon Squared and whatever, but Coming of Shadows is the first moment of really B5 being B5.

PS: warn for spoilers if there are any in your comments because I've got a friend who's currently watching unspoiled.

I haven't made it up to there in my rewatching, but I have a List for season 1.

LOCHLEY. That is my answer to that question. :) Actually, it's on my netflix queue, but they've only just figured out that I've resumed my account and haven't mailed anything yet. Putting your account on hold slows them down a lot for the first couple days after you get back.

I think one can say that CoS is "the one where the A, B, C, and D plots, and the apparently tossed-aside jokes, are all relevant to the arc." *g*

Well, I quite liked TLT, even if a lot of it was like someone's bizarre two-person play with minimal set. It has Fraiser from SG1. We shall have to discuss after you watch it.

You should see my list for Signs and Portents. It's all "This happened and this other thing happened, and so did this thing, but also Sinclair and Garibaldi had a conversation about something that later turns out to be relevant aieeeee." And then my brain explodes.

Yeah, CoS is really with the, um, relevance to arc.

I try! I was all "dude, I can't even use names here, because it spoils who lives through season one." SO. Changing casts are a pain in the ass, that way, because otherwise I could be all "there is an awesome Zoopy scene in season three, you'll love it!" Only that would spoil for the existence of, or survival of, Zoopy.

Whoever Zoopy is. Maybe he's the guy who gave Londo the fishnet stockings that the whole story is sekritly about.
