m_shell is off having a retreat, but I am eating real food regardless. Mmmmm, caramelized onions and mushrooms on pasta topped with goat cheese and fresh tomato. And with a really neat squash as a side. (The squash is really the point of dinner; it is New and Exciting and an Heirloom Variety and a really, really pretty color. Mmmm, squash. Interestingly, squash polls as the number one most-hated vegetable in America. Ahead of lima beans and broccoli and brussel sprouts. Whodathunk?)
